Beyond The Bar

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Beyond The Bar program picks up from where law school left off and helps lawyers gain the practical skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to successfully transition to practicing law.  Lawyers learn practical skills that would take years to learn on the job.  Expert faculty with real-world practice experience lead live, interactive workshops.  Through practice tools, they introduce key topics, including business skills, legal skills, and client relations.  Lawyers can use these tools in their practice immediately and continue development after the workshop through online courses and virtual collaboration.

TOOLKIT

With each workshop, you will build a toolkit that you can use confidently when the practice opportunity arises.  Tools include assessments, job aids, checklists, and forms.  You will also gain access to continued development and support through online programs and virtual networking.
